Shipping & Returns

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually next working day. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.

We DO NOT accept international orders nor do we ship outside Australia.

Returns & Exhanges
If you are not fully satisfied within (7) days of your purchase and wish to return or exchange it then please contact our office to arrange refund or exchange. Please refer to the additional instructions on your packing slip or call us for details.

Any installation or shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
